Too much water could be as damaging as fire so we installed an Ultra Fog high pressure water mist system using only 10% of the water.

Food process fire protection sometimes requires a ‘Belt and Braces’ method of design. The primary system is high pressure water mist (Ultra Fog) and is further protected using an approved Ansul Chemical fire suppression system that is controlled using a sophisticated ‘cause and effect’ electronic programme. Heat probes are located throughout the processes to accurately direct the fire suppression.

Ultra have been Wagamama’s chosen fire specialist for a number of years and have developed a bespoke high pressure water mist system that allows the Chefs the freedom to create wonderful dishes without the intrusion of normal fire systems. Clean up is minimal and maintaining service to their customers is vital.
